Leah Cobb Snodgrass, MD

Dr. Leah Snodgrass is a board-certified physician in child, adolescent, and general adult psychiatry who serves as Professor and Chair of Behavioral Health at Lincoln Memorial University, DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMUDCOM). Dr. Snodgrass is a native of Middlesboro, Kentucky, and has been a member of the DCOM faculty since 2012. She is the course director for OMS II Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Neurosciences courses and the Rotation Chair for OMS III Behavioral Health. Dr. Snodgrass is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Lexington, Kentucky. She completed her internship and residency in Psychiatry, and her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Snodgrass is board-certified in Neurology and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Snodgrass serves on numerous committees at LMU DCOM, including the Student Progress Committee, the Curriculum Committee, the Preceptor Development Committee, and others. She is also a member of numerous professional and scholarly organizations, including the Christian Medical Dental Association, the Physicians for Criminal Justice Reform, the Association of Directors of Medical Student Education in Psychiatry, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Medical Association, and others.
