Ines Voellinger is a healthcare futurist, AI strategist, and digital transformation leader with a unique cross-industry background bridging advanced AI implementation in the Automotive Sector with cutting-edge innovation in healthcare. She is the founder of IV.ai Solutions, a United States-based educational initiative focused on increasing AI literacy and supporting ethical technology adoption in clinical environments.

Over the past 15 years, Ines has led enterprise-scale digital transformation and AI programs at Volkswagen Group of America, while simultaneously building thought leadership in healthcare through research, mentoring, and public speaking.
