Scott Moore, DO
Scott Moore, DO, is an Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine resident at Still OPTI/Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri. He is board‐certified in lifestyle medicine and loves finding the connections between osteopathic philosophy and lifestyle medicine. He was awarded the FACLM award for his research and service to advancing lifestyle medicine. He designed the LEADR curriculum with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, now available for free worldwide and used in research trials to reverse type 2 diabetes with lifestyle modifications. Previously, he served as a Professor of Medical Laboratory Sciences at Weber State University. He completed a pathology internship at the University of Arizona, medical school at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a bachelor’s degree in German at Weber State University. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, playing Lego, coaching his kids’ soccer teams, admiring his wife’s murals, playing guitar and ukulele, serving as a ski patroller, running, and eating great homemade plant‐based whole foods.
