Eric Hjaltalin, DO
Dr. Eric Hjaltalin is 3rd year Family Medicine Resident with the Montana Family Medicine Residency who has special interests in hospital Medicine, holistic care, patient education and community engagement. Dr. Hjaltalin is a graduate of Carroll College and completed medical school at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Denver, CO. During his time at Carroll, he worked with community programs such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the TRIO program at Helena College. Further, he spent time at Shodair Children’s Hospital where there was strong emphasis on community cohesion and patient engagement. Now, Dr. Hjaltalin continues to focus on applying Osteopathic tenets to improve holistic are and advance patient understanding of their health.
