Jeremy Warner, DO

Dr. Jeremy Warner is an Internal Medicine Specialist in Corvallis, Oregon. He practices with the Samaritan Heart and Vascular Institute. Dr. Warner is affiliated with Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center and affiliated hospitals. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Warner completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Aurora, Colorado. He then completed his fellowship in Cardiology at the Good Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, Oregon. Dr. Warner is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Warner received the Scholastic Award and the Dean's Award for Academic Excellence for being first in his class at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.

Dr. Warners enjoys running, cycling, kayaking, backcountry skiing, backpacking, cooking, playing music, gardening, soccer, and spending time with his family & friends in his free time.
