A workshop focusing on the application of osteopathic principles, including OMT techniques for treating the hospitalized patient.
Education Objectives:
· List clinical conditions seen in the inpatient setting that may benefit from OMM.
· Describe and administer adjunctive osteopathic manipulative treatment for cardiopulmonary and gastrointestinal conditions disease and discuss the treatment goals of the various types of techn.
· Describe the challenges to using OMM in the hospital.

She earned her doctor of osteopathic medicine from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, and she completed her residency at Northeast Regional Medical Center. Dr. Snider has earned fellowship awards from the American Academy of Osteopathy and the National Academy of Osteopathic Medical Educators.
