This package on Coding includes two programs. These programs will show the latest Coding and Billing changes & updates, which are important for all physicians to understand. The program titles are Medicare and Coding Changes 2025 and Billing & Coding Beyond the Visit - Asynchronous Tasks and G221.

This program is co-sponsored by the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS) and the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon (OPSO). Both osteopathic associations are accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.

The program has been designated for a maximum of 2 AOA Category 1-A Credit(s) by the co-sponsors who have authorized the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons to report CME and specialty credits to the AOA commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.

Grievance Policy:

Dr. Patrick Nakashima-Moran is a Family Medicine Physician with Esse Health in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 2010 from Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He attended Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated in 2015. He returned to St. Louis for his residency in Family Practice at Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis, which he completed in 2018. Dr. Nakashima-Moran is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

Dr. Nakashima-Moran enjoys taking and editing photographs, finding new restaurants, hunting, and spending time with his wife Brittainy and his dog Sasha in his free time. His interests include automobiles, technology, cinema, and television.

Dr. Cynthia Worden received her certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine in 2016. She is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physician Specialties. She is also a certified Practitioner in Functional Medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine.

After graduating from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California, and completing her residency in Family Practice at Downey Regional Medical Center in Downey, California, she returned to the Northwest to launch her medical practice in 2007 at Creekside Family Practice in Happy Valley, Oregon. She practiced integrative family medicine there for ten years. Eager to focus on Functional Medicine, she opened Bloom Functional Medicine in Gladstone, Oregon, in 2018. 

As a mother of two young boys, Dr. Worden has first-hand experience with the many challenges families face. She understands it can be difficult to provide healthy food for the whole family while finding time for self-care and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. 

In her free time, Dr. Worden loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading, skiing, kayaking, hiking, cooking, and traveling.
